From sculpture parks to city-centre installations, the UK is full of inspiring outdoor art – and we want to hear about the work that excites you. The best tip wins £200 towards a Sawday’s stay
Whether it’s Antony Gormley’s grandiose Angel of the North in Gateshead or Andy Goldsworthy’s more down-to-earth Sheepfolds in Cumbria, there’s something special about seeing a work of art on the raw canvas of the landscape. And that’s more true now than ever – after a year of lockdown, wouldn’t you prefer to be outside looking at grand designs than shuffling in lines around a museum? We’d like you to tell us about your favourite works of art in the great outdoors, and why you love them.
If you have a relevant photo, do send it in – but it’s your words that will be judged for the competition.
