H1N1 (swine flu) has been reported in Myanmar. Discuss your vaccination requirements with your doctor before travelling (see Health). The level of this advice has not changed. Exercise a high degree of caution in Myanmar overall and reconsider travel to most of Rakhine State. Higher and lower levels apply in some parts of the country.
